** Climate Justice
------------------------------------------------------------

Solutions to the global climate crisis will arrive through innovative thinking, and this week’s Climate Justice newsletter is all about considering different angles. First, as the war in Ukraine rages on, scientists worry about the impact on the environment. Next, Groundhog Day in the United States is an old, seasonal tradition. But in the face of climate change, what does the warming world mean for seasonal traditions? Then, climate change faces an unlikely opponent in the wild: wolves. Finally, building on a recent NPQ series on The Vision for Black Lives: An Economic Policy Agenda, we will host a webinar on March 20 that will consider economic justice through the lens of the Movement for Black Lives.

Remaking the Economy: A Policy Vision from the Movement for Black Lives ([link removed])
------------------------------------------------------------

What are the economic policies the nation needs to build thriving communities in which Black Americans can thrive? As Amara Enyia wrote in the introduction to a recent NPQ series on The Vision for Black Lives: An Economic Policy Agenda ([link removed]) , “the Black radical tradition has long been clear on the importance of economic justice.” This webinar conversation builds on the articles in that series, taking a deep look at what the elements of that agenda look like, from a range of contributors.
