Wow. What an unusual few weeks this has been. First, I want to start by saying that it is most important to me that you and your family are safe. Please protect yourself and others by following CDC and state guidelines. The more of us that do so, the quicker we can overcome this pandemic.

Second, I'm incredibly grateful to the medical professionals, service workers, firefighters, childcare workers, mail carriers, teachers, police officers, and the many, many others on the frontlines of this crisis. You are keeping us moving forward—thank you for your work.

As usual, my focus has been on reaching out to voters and constituents of CD3 to talk to them about my vision for this district and hear theirs. We’ve also been talking with people about what it is they are worried about at this time—and taking any steps we can to continue to make connections with our neighbors!

Here’s a snapshot of life “on the road” recently. It’s been different (but definitely more comfortable… slippers pair well with business attire!).
