They’re an important source of millions of good jobs all across Canada, and make our communities better places to live. Today though, they’re worried about the months ahead and facing difficult decisions about how to keep people on the payroll and pay the bills during this challenging time.

In these uncertain times, Justin Trudeau’s message to Canadian businesses and workers is clear: Canada will be here for you.

Right now, all Canadians are stepping up in important ways to minimize the impacts of COVID-19, whether by staying at home as much as possible, washing our hands, or staying a safe distance from people when we go for a quick walk or to the grocery store.
