In just four days millions of us will need to make a rent, mortgage, or loan payment... many of us will be unable.

We have essentially hit pause on our lives, careers, and businesses; it's time to pause payments as well.

That's why I'm calling for a pause on all rent, mortgage, and long-term loan payments until COVID-19 is behind us and the National Emergency is ended and we can return to work.

Don't just take it from me though, even the man I've never agreed with EVER, Sen. Rick Scott agrees.

It is great to see some businesses already steppng up. This isn't the time for partisan grandstanding. As we do our part to fight this virus with social distancing, I urge our Republican majority to join me and take steps to prevent our communities from going bankrupt in the process. The time to act is NOW.
