Week-Long Fitness Series Dear John, We are thrilled to offer another week-long fundraiser on March 18 - 22. We will meet over Zoom and practice a variety of brain-boosting exercises. You do not need any experience and we will have modifications for all skill levels. March into Movement Join us from Monday, March 18 to Friday, March 22 for 60 minutes at 9 am PT / 10 am MT / 11 am CT / 12 pm ET. If you can't make the time, you will automatically receive the recording afterward.
