Moore from the Trail

Our campaign has been busy traveling Country Roads throughout West Virginia over the past two weeks. Each day, it is a pleasure to meet with incredible people who are creating jobs, helping others, and working hard to make life better in ‘Almost Heaven.’

Blue Ridge Community & Technical College offers a high-quality education that readies West Virginians to enter the workforce with a path toward success. During my trip to Martinsburg, I had the opportunity to tour their facilities.

River Riders is a family attraction that offers outdoor recreational activities of all kinds to the Eastern Panhandle. I’m glad I could stop by and take a look into their newest attraction, ‘Snow Riders.’

It was a packed house for the Calhoun County Lincoln Day Dinner. I was thankful for the opportunity to share my plans to build on our success and take West Virginia to the next level.

Fruits of Labor is an indispensable tool for those healing from addiction. Participants in the Community of Healing program have the chance to find gainful employment and receive the training they need to navigate life after recovery.

The WV Hive encourages innovation and entrepreneurship in Southern West Virginia. We had a great tour of their facility and a discussion on business development.

Our campaign is powered by West Virginians for West Virginia. I was humbled by the turnout that we had for the grand opening of our campaign office. Come see us at 120 Capitol Street!

I enjoyed participating in the Preston County GOP Gubernatorial Forum to talk about my proven record of Getting-It-Done for West Virginia, and how I’m the only candidate for governor who has consistently turned smart conservative ideas into good public policy.

I got to join community leaders in White Sulphur Springs for a Meet the Candidate lunch at the Schoolhouse Hotel. I was proud to share my vision with voters in Greenbrier County and listen to issues important to their community.

It was an honor to speak at the West Virginia Hospitality and Tourism Association’s Hospitality University Conference. West Virginia’s tourism industry is booming and these industry professionals help share the ‘Wild & Wonderful’ beauty of our state with those from all over the world.
