SCOTUS considers medication abortion this month. Take action.
ACLU <[link removed]>
ACLU Supporter –
In just three weeks, the Supreme Court will consider whether to allow anti-abortion groups to impose severe restrictions on mifepristone <[link removed]> – an abortion pill that has been safely and effectively used by millions of people nationwide.
Extreme anti-abortion politicians are doing everything in their power to take away our right to control our own bodies and health. We won't allow it.
Whenever anyone comes after our reproductive freedom, the ACLU has always fought back – and we always will. We've already filed a powerful amicus brief in this case to challenge the junk science behind attacks against medication abortion. And on the day of arguments, we'll be there with our partners and community to make sure SCOTUS knows we're paying attention.
Please join the collective movement: Add your name to our petition by midnight tonight – and your name will be delivered on the steps of the Supreme Court as the justices consider this case. <[link removed]>

The ACLU and our coalition partners will deliver signatures to the steps of the Supreme Court on the day of arguments, demonstrating the unwavering power of the people. Together, we will loudly affirm our support for abortion access for all. Add your name. <[link removed]>
