Hi Friend,
Our one-of-a-kind Flying Eye Hospital touched down in Hong Kong last week to raise vital awareness of global sight loss and promote our vision of a world where everyone can access the eye care they need to thrive.
Our colleagues gave an update on an AI glaucoma screening project in collaboration with Hong Kong University, where more than 1,100 people were screened for glaucoma, a disease that affects more than 8% of the over-50 population in Hong Kong.
Glaucoma is the third leading cause of blindness in the world, affecting more than seven million people worldwide. This is where you help. Through our network of partners, supporters, staff, and world leading volunteers, we ensure local communities have the skills and resources necessary to treat glaucoma.

As always, we are grateful for your support and what you help us accomplish.
Happy Friday
Team Orbis
