When Republican megamillionaire Eric Hovde entered this race, our campaign was instantly at a cash disadvantage. Hovde has pledged to spend at least $20 million of his own personal fortune to flip my seat red — and he’s wasting no time: he’s already outspending us on the airwaves.

This will be my most expensive and competitive reelection yet. There’s no doubt about that. That’s why it’s critical that we hit every single one of our fundraising goals, including our end-of-month goal which expires at midnight.
