Help Fair and Square flip Texas blue!

Enough. We will not allow them to control a woman’s body.

We're going to get through the coronavirus outbreak together. If you are experiencing symptoms or are looking for more information, you can visit the website of the CDC or the Texas Department of Health. We are closely monitoring the situation and its effects on the people of Texas and our nation as we work together to keep our families and communities safe.

John,

This is huge. Planned Parenthood just filed an emergency lawsuit in federal court to overturn Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s order to ban nearly all abortions during the coronavirus pandemic.

With nearly 1,000 coronavirus cases, and unemployment numbers surging to unprecedented levels, Texans are in dire need of help - but Republicans don’t care. They would rather use this crisis to attack women’s healthcare than focus on protecting our public health and safety.

Send Texas Republicans a message! We stand with Planned Parenthood and Texas women - the TX GOP won’t get away with this >>>

Paxton’s order is unconstitutional and in violation of Roe v. Wade, period. It’s a disgrace how low Texas Republicans are willing to go to push their extreme agenda. They want to limit a woman’s access to healthcare during the worst public health crisis of our lifetimes. Think about that.

We must stand with Planned Parenthood to ensure every woman has the access to the care she needs.

This is why it’s so critical we flip the Texas House blue in November and bring accountability. Hold the TX GOP accountable - their actions must have consequences >>>

Thanks for your support,

Team Fair & Square
