Hey team,

Tonight is our end-of-month fundraising deadline and we set a goal to raise $10,000 to support Blue Dogs like me and vulnerable Democratic incumbents across the country. I’ll give it to you straight – the guy I’m running against is both dangerous and bonkers. He spends most of his time online as a reply guy to my tweets and spreading conspiracy theories about the election.

That’s not someone we want in office, and yet my race is still a tossup. Crazy, right?

But I’m not the only one in that position. Across the country, Blue Dogs like me are in the tough, tough fights against these weirdo extremists. Supporting them means meeting our fundraising goals every month. The more goals we meet, the more Blue Dogs we can support.

However, right now we’re still falling a few thousand dollars behind our goal. We’re hoping you can help us catch up before midnight.
