Dear Friend,

I hope this email finds you well. As the founder and president of the Pacific Justice Institute, I'm reaching out to share a story of triumph that speaks volumes about the battles we face and the victories we can achieve together.

It's a story that underscores the critical need for our continued commitment and support in these challenging times.

Recently, in Seattle, Washington, we witnessed a significant victory against the severe discrimination faced by many, especially those whose convictions lead them to make personal medical decisions contrary to popular mandates. David Body, a dedicated city employee and a brother in Christ, found himself at the crossroads of such discrimination. Despite his exemplary service and the proven safety of existing health protocols, David was denied the right to work according to his faith and conscience. His story is not just his own but echoes the trials of thousands across our nation.

David turned to us for help, and we responded with the full force of our commitment to justice and religious freedom. Our legal team, led by Tracy Tribbett and in collaboration with Jonathan Cherne, took on David's cause with vigor and determination.

Through our efforts, we not only secured a financial settlement for David but also ensured that the City of Seattle would educate its employees on the importance of religious liberties and anti-discrimination.
