Wyoming Game and Fish Department 2024 season setting meetings
Season setting is a term commonly used by the Wyoming Game and Fish Department to describe the process by which the hunting season regulations are determined. For big game, this is an annual process that establishes the length and time of each hunting season, number of licenses to be issued and additional restrictions or limitations.?
Public input is vital to this process. All interested stakeholders, whether active hunters or not, are encouraged to participate, learn more and provide feedback.
The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is holding public meetings and has opened a comment period to gather public input on eleven regulations. Find out which regulations are open and find a public meeting near you.
