Step off is at 1pm. 2) Yorkville St. Patrick's Day Parade - Saturday March 16th. Line up is at the north end of River Front Park. Parade starts at 11am. 3) LaSalle County St. Patrick's Day Parade - Saturday March 9th in downtown LaSalle. Line up is at 11am and the parade starts at 1pm.
