February is the shortest month of the year. For a grassroots campaign like ours, having one or two fewer days to fundraise impacts our numbers for the month overall.
Alexandria doesn’t curry favor with billionaires or host fancy fundraisers asking wealthy donors for big checks. We rely on thousands of people from Pennsylvania and beyond to ensure we have the resources to fight disinformation, organize across NY-14, and re-elect AOC to the House this year.
We are 100% grassroots-funded. From Day 1, Alexandria has never taken a dollar of corporate PAC money or big checks from billionaires. Our average donation is about $16.
As we gear up for re-election, the donations we receive today directly impact our ability to grow this campaign. Alexandria gets constant attacks from MAGA Republicans. We know they’re going to spend millions of dollars trying to take her down. Your support is crucial to keeping her in Congress fighting for all of us.
