I'm getting a little worried, friend. My end-of-month deadline is at midnight tonight, but we're still $1,463 short of our goal. So I have to ask, will you chip in $5 or more right now to help me close the gap?

Here's the thing: Democrats are in for a tough election this year. In fact, it's so bad that experts have called it the "election map from hell" because we're defending 23 of the 34 seats that are up for election.

But don't forget – we don't just need to defend our majority, but we need to expand it. Because still, Republicans like Mitch McConnell are stonewalling progress on everything from reproductive freedom to climate action – and we need the numbers to overcome him.
