My name is Janelle Bynum and I’m a State Representative, small business owner, and mother of four running for Congress in Oregon’s 5th Congressional District – one of the most competitive, Republican-held seats in the country. Last month, our campaign was placed on the highly-coveted Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s (DCCC) Red to Blue List!

Democrats only need to flip five seats to take back the House Majority from the anti-abortion Republican extremists – and we’re one of them.

Here in Oregon, and in countless communities across the country, too many families are struggling.

The skyrocketing costs of education, healthcare, and housing are making it impossible for anyone to get ahead. And the worst part is that it seems like no one in the House Majority is listening or fighting for solutions.

Extreme House Republicans – including Rep. Chavez-DeRemer – are too consumed with the partisan political games in DC to push for change and deliver for the American people.

Our community deserves a Congresswoman who understands our needs – and our country deserves a House Majority that is determined to deliver results. That’s exactly why I’m running.
