This legislation will provide direct payments of up to $1,200 to every middle-class and lower-income American -- and it will provide unemployed workers with the ability to receive enhanced benefits for up to 4 months. Too often, those eligible for unemployment don't know how to apply or are unaware that they're able to apply at all!
