John,

We need to send more public servants to Congress. If we send more folks who are focused on public service, we would have more legislators in Congress who would fight to expand our rights, and increase opportunity.

Instead, we see politicians in Congress who play political games and work to enact their extreme agenda that most Americans reject. We’ve seen just the start of what they are willing to do — from claiming voter fraud to overturning decades of legal precedent with Roe v. Wade and other Supreme Court cases — our rights are constantly under attack.

As we see more folks run for federal office, we need to ask ourselves if they’ll protect and expand our rights, or if they’ll fight to take them away for their own political gain. Right now, extremists are coming after reproductive rights and abortion access. Anyone who thinks that there is no threat to women’s reproductive rights and abortion access is delusional.

We can’t let up the fight. Add your name now to our petition to show your support for protecting reproductive rights and abortion access. [[link removed]]

The Supreme Court dismantled decades of precedent overnight, and Republicans continue to roll back these protections and stand by as women’s reproductive rights are attacked. They will not stop at overturning Roe v. Wade — which is why I’m grateful to every person who speaks out in support of abortion access.

Elevate,
Wes Moore
