When the Alabama Supreme Court issued a ruling this month threatening access to IVF, they handed anti-abortion extremists another long-sought victory.

But don't forget: After the U.S. Supreme Court overturned our constitutional right to abortion two years ago, the backlash was swift and powerful, leading to a string of electoral wins for reproductive freedom.
