Folks, I wanted to reach out to you today with an update about our campaign and to explain our new goal.

We're facing a challenge unlike anything we've seen in our lifetimes. The coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we do everything, from the way we connect with voters to the way we host events, and more.

But even as we work to meet the challenges that come with running the first completely online presidential campaign, it's more clear than ever exactly what we're doing this for -- we've got to beat Donald Trump, folks.

Over the past few weeks, we've seen how his complete lack of leadership left us desperately unprepared to meet this pandemic. And we've seen how his instincts are to prioritize corporations and profits over American lives in times of crisis.

That's why the work we're doing has never been more important. We must elect Joe Biden and bring strong, compassionate leadership back to the White House.

But in these uncertain times, we have to be really thoughtful about how we campaign and how we ask for your contribution. So, we've set a goal of 100,000 more online contributions by Tuesday night, and I'm asking you to pitch in only if you can.
