This is going to be a long one, team, but it’s important. 

If you’re in a rush, here’s the tl;dr: Right-wing extremists have a 900+ page plan to completely dismantle our democracy in the first 180 days of a Trump presidency. They want to ban abortion nationwide, overhaul the entire federal bureaucracy, roll back any progress we’ve made for LGBTQ+ folks, and commit all kinds of human rights violations for their own political agendas.

The bottom line is that we cannot let them get away with this. Will you pledge to vote against Trump and help us bring their plans to a halt?

There’s no easy way to say this, so we’ll just come right out with it: Sitting home and doing nothing on Election Day 2024 will have disastrous results.

We don’t say that to be dramatic; we say it because we read their 920-page plan and they make it very clear that they’re out for blood.

If we don’t show up and make our voices heard in November, we can say goodbye to democracy as we know it in the U.S.

Here’s what’s going on — the GOP is on a mission to get Trump a second term. And to make his transition to power easier for him, right-wing groups have raised $20 million toward what they’re calling Project 2025.

If MAGA extremists get their way, Project 2025 will be the blueprint for a Trump dictatorship on his first day in office.

Here’s what they have planned:

• Instituting a nationwide abortion ban;
   
• Blocking federal financial aid for millions of college students if their state allows certain immigrant groups, including Dreamers with legal status, to access in-state tuition;
   
• Terminating the legal status of 500,000 DACA recipients by eliminating staff time for reviewing and processing renewal applications;
   
• Rolling back hard-won progress toward inclusion by removing all reference to diversity, equity, transgender identities, or sexual orientation from the law.

That isn’t even half of what they have planned. And if we don’t take a stand in November, these far-right nutjobs will get their way.
