Hey fur-iend! Wylie here. You probably know my mom Deborah. I have 30 dog minutes before she finds out I borrowed her laptop, so I'm gonna make this quick.

I see so many of Mom's supporters during our morning walks (even more now that the weather is getting warmer!), but I also wanted to say hi to each and every one of you through your inbox. It brings me so much excitement whenever I see how much love and support everyone has for her.

Sometimes, I get sad because Mom has to spend a lot of time at work… but when she tells me how hard she's fighting for justice, equality, and progress, I can’t help but start wagging my tail!

The way she explained it, it means all my animal and human friends here in North Carolina get just as many treats as I do. Now that's a deal if I’ve ever heard one.

She told me about the Petfax Act she recently sponsored to help other dog moms and dog dads learn more about their pups before they adopt them and fight back against puppy mills. I might be biased, but I think that’s my favorite thing she’s ever done.

How many politicians can say they’re hard at work for their constituents AND their pets?! My mom sure can!
