Friend,

Most people don’t know this but right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court is scheduled to deliver a ruling that could put 800,000 immigrant youth in immediate danger of deportation and losing their jobs and healthcare.

It’s crazy that even MORE chaos could come any minute.

The New York Times just broke the story that top lawyers representing immigrant youth submitted an official request to delay a decision today.

So while they make the demand from the inside, I need to ask you to please make the demand from the outside.

Add your name: the Supreme Court must delay a DACA decision

As a DACA recipient myself, I can say without a doubt that this is urgent. I’ve seen so many immigrants being laid off from their jobs because of COVID-19 and now Congress has banned undocumented taxpayers and youth from receiving any help from the stimulus, even though we are a part of every community.

We have to do everything we can to stop the Supreme Court from issuing a DACA decision which could bring even MORE chaos. If DACA is ended, 800,000 immigrant youth could be put in danger of being deported and could lose their jobs - we have to prevent this.

Will you please sign the petition to delay the DACA decision?

With gratitude,

Sheridan and the UWD team
