CBS NEWS: “Democrats face steep odds in trying to hold a majority in November"

In the latest analysis of the race for control of the U.S. Senate, CBS News says the “odds are stacked against Senate Democrats this fall.”

The reason is simple math — our 51-50 majority is razor-thin. To keep the Senate blue, Democrats can’t afford to lose even a single seat.

Friend, our mission to win Michigan in November becomes more important daily, and tonight, we’re approaching our second end-of-month deadline for the new year. With just hours to go, we still need to raise $2,500 to stay on track. Will you donate now and help put us over the top?

Look, we know Michigan will be close. It’s always close in presidential election years. The latest polls show that, too:

• A February 18th Epic/MRA poll showed Donald Trump leading President Biden 45-41 among likely voters.
• That same poll showed Michigan’s Senate race within the margin of error.

So, we’ve got a lot of work to do between now and November 5th to do our part to keep the U.S. Senate blue — but here’s why I’m not worried:
