To Our Community Members,
ODHH is hosting several community meetings to share information and updates about the Case Management transition. Read the original announcement.
These community meetings are for you to meet with ODHH to discuss the ongoing changes to Case Management Services, the transitions from the Regional Service Centers, and the plans for 2024. How will you receive services, what do you need to know, what questions do you have, and what else needs to be addressed?
Presenters are Hope Crumley, Jonah Thompson, Earnest Covington III and Elizabeth Luttrell.
