THEN: The Alabama Supreme Court declared that embryos created via IVF are legally children — subjecting a family’s personal medical decisions to more scrutiny by judges and politicians.

NOW: Greg Abbott is hinting that Texas might do the same — despite admitting that he doesn’t even know what he’s talking about!
