It takes a village to make one single wish come true.
I see it every day in my work at Make-A-Wish®. No wish can come true without supporters like you. Wishes take so many resources, from costumes, to flights, to cupcakes, to transport for volunteers, and we depend on this community to help us bring the transformative joy of a wish to life.
That’s why I’m reaching out to you today, on the last day of American Heart Month. We’ve set a goal to raise $100,000 before midnight tonight, but we’re still waiting on your support.
When you give to Make-A-Wish, you’re uplifting kids like Macie, whose journey with heart disease began at birth. When it came time to make her wish, she knew just what she wanted: a pink tree house with unicorns. On the big day, Macie received a grand entrance with friends, family, Make-A-Wish supporters, volunteers and many others cheering her on her way to her new tree house. |
