From Tracee Ellis Ross and Lin-Manuel Miranda dropping into our kickoff call with volunteers, to DJ D-Nice spinning hits all night long from his Instagram Live and Michelle Obama keeping us fired up throughout, it was a special night.

Even during these uncertain times, we showed our strength and resilience by coming together virtually to make a difference. But you don’t have to take my word for it, here’s what some of our incredible volunteers said that left me feeling inspired:
