Hi,
Amazon is joining the claims in Elon Musk’s baseless lawsuit against the
National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) calling the worker protection agency
“unconstitutional.”^1 If they win, it’ll be a disaster for working people
everywhere.
Musk, head of SpaceX and Tesla, and Amazon, started by billionaire Jeff
Bezos, have formed a powerful coalition to attack the NLRB. Amazon has
engaged in union-busting tactics, and just like Musk, has put workers
through terrible working conditions. This case is nothing more than
billionaires’ attempts to stifle working people’s right to organize and
basic workplace protections.
But here’s the good news: Congress has the ability to step up to protect
and fund the NLRB so workers and unions across the country are protected.

rights.

SpaceX and Amazon are trying to avoid accountability for their illegal
actions, including retaliating against workers trying to unionize. They
know what they’ve done is wrong, but rather than own up, they’re set on
undoing decades of worker protections.
It’s time for Congress to step up and make sure the NLRB has the resources
it needs to ensure our hard-won rights aren’t destroyed by corporate greed
and billionaire executives.

the NLRB.
