Since tonight is our end-of-month fundraising deadline, I’m having this morning’s cup of coffee with my finance team while they give me an update on our progress. Well, my first cup anyway.

If I’m being honest, I’ve needed two or three cups a day after everything that’s happened over the last few weeks.

Donald Trump said he’s going to try to flip New Jersey. Then, he reminded us how dangerous he is — inviting Putin to attack our NATO allies right as we’re trying to pass critical aid to Ukraine in Congress.

Reproductive rights were dealt another devastating blow.

For someone who cares deeply about representing our values in Congress, defending our national security, and protecting our fundamental freedoms, this month has reminded me that our work is cut out for us before Election Day.

A few minutes ago, my finance team told me that we’re still tracking just short of our goal.
