On the bright side — Legislation to join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact continues to move through statehouses in Michigan, Maine, Nevada and Alaska. And, Minnesota officially joined in 2023— making The Gopher State the 16th state to do so!

 

BUT — there is still so much work to do in 2024. And as Rep. Jamie Raskin warned Americans — the danger posed by the Electoral College remains critical.
