John, I'm Sen. Cindy Winckler, and I represent the 49th State Senate District in Iowa (Scott County).

As the divide between Democrats and Republicans grows, it's important to keep in mind the main difference between the two parties: 

Democrats always put their constituents first. 

Iowa Senate Democrats always make sure our constituents feel seen and heard. This means canvassing, hosting town halls, and even sending surveys to hear your thoughts. Can you chip in any amount today to help us continue to be your voice?

Republicans love to claim that their platform is based on the issues on Iowans' minds.

But how is defunding our schools, curbing LGBTQ+ rights and supporting union-busting at all representative of what our community wants?

My Democratic colleagues and I spend countless hours listening directly to our constituents to learn about the REAL issues on your minds. 

Time and time again, the GOP shows that their agenda is to prioritize outside interests while wasting taxpayer dollars that could be invested in our schools, affordable housing, infrastructure and healthcare. 

We have to unseat them, and that means investing in downballot races.

The GOP has held the majority for too long in Iowa, and it's clear they care more about furthering their hateful agenda than improving the quality of life for Iowans. Will you help the Iowa Senate Majority Fund elect Dems who will work for a better deal for Iowans?
