International Polar Bear Day is a celebration of these incredible creatures and a reminder that their habitat is melting.
The best thing we can do for polar bears — and everyone — is to fight climate change and reduce global warming through cutting both CO2 and methane emissions.
EDF has been researching methane for over a decade. We’ve learned that methane is responsible for at least 1/4 of current warming and that by slashing our methane emissions we can almost immediately reduce our warming impact.
