Attacks keep escalating as lawmakers and groups opposed to sexual and reproductive health continue to use the courts to advance their dangerous agenda. This is just part of what we are up against right now:
-
Anti-abortion groups are trying to turn the clock back on the FDA's approval of mifepristone, one of two medicines used in medication abortion.
-
The Supreme Court will determine if states are required to follow federal law and provide emergency care to pregnant people — which can include abortion care.
-
And Texas is suing Planned Parenthood in a bogus lawsuit to try to shut down Planned Parenthood in Texas and nationwide.
This is serious. People's health, safety, and rights depend on our ability to fight back in court against these actions and the dozens of others going on all over the country.
Please, make a gift and help support our efforts to restore, protect, and expand access to abortion and reproductive health care.
Your gift helps ensure that we have the resources we need to continue to protect care at Planned Parenthood health centers, provide critical sex education, and advocate to expand reproductive and sexual health care.
Thank you for joining the fight.
