Hi John!
I’m reaching out to give you a personal update about our campaign — and to see if you can help us hit our fundraising goal before our deadline tomorrow. Every dollar you donate helps us reach a new voter with our message >>
In 2022, we lost by just one percentage point. Before relaunching in April of last year, I wanted to make sure we knew what we had done right — and what needed to change — so we wouldn’t lose again.
Last cycle, we had a couple of disadvantages. One, we had a long primary. Two, national organizations like the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) underestimated us, even after we proved we could win. And three, my Republican opponent didn’t have a voting record touting his extremist views.
This cycle, we aren’t facing any of those obstacles.
We have been laser-focused on ousting my opponent and the GOP establishment behind his campaign.
Our campaign has already received major endorsements from national organizations like Planned Parenthood, the Sierra Club, End Citizens United, and more. We are also one of the very first campaigns added to the DCCC’s Red to Blue program, which targets the most flippable Republican House seats in the country.
We have Juan Ciscomani on record voting to restrict abortion rights nationwide, attack clean energy projects, cut funding for veterans, seniors, and the LGBTQ+ community, and elect MAGA extremists Jim Jordan and Mike Johnson to House speaker.
I know we can win this race in November. But it will take all of us in a district as competitive as this one.
John, our campaign is powered by the grassroots support of people like you. Will you help us hit our fundraising goal before our deadline tomorrow by chipping in now?
