2024 VICTORY GARDEN PROGRAM

The City of Auburn is delighted to announce the return of our Victory Garden program!

During World Wars I & II, Victory Gardens were vegetable, fruit, and herb gardens planted at home and in public parks. People were encouraged to plant victory gardens not only to help the war effort, but also as a "morale booster." These gardens were a part of daily life on the home front.

Auburn residents who wish to produce their own fresh, healthy food can receive vouchers for use at the farm and garden retailers and nurseries listed below. All Auburn residents are eligible for this program.

Maximum assistance is $150 per household. Funds can be used for equipment, supplies, or seedlings. The application deadline is May 15! Learn more & apply today at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VG24
