We're still celebrating the results of this month's special election – despite the GOP pouring millions into the race, they lost their hold on NY-03 when Democrats flipped the seat.

This is a big win that sends a much stronger message to campaigns like ours: flipping these seats is possible.

We're not exaggerating when we say this: John James is anti-choice, anti-safety and pro-party when he should be pro-people, and he isn't the right one to stand up for MI-10 in Congress.

Now, as we get closer to a Republican-led government shutdown, people in our district are even less confident GOP candidates can be strong actors for change in our communities.
