Corporations are doing everything possible to stem the tide of union organizing among their workers. Now, that includes patently false legal claims [[link removed]] by Amazon, SpaceX, and Trader Joe’s that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), America’s leading labor law enforcement agency, is unconstitutional.

The NLRB ensures workers have the protections they need to organize and engage in collective action. It supports workers facing unfair, often retaliatory labor practices from major corporations as they attempt to unionize. Without it, workers would have no seat at the table.

We need to step up and stand with workers who choose to form unions, ensure that corporations allow free and fair union elections and demand that union workers are not retaliated against by Big Business.

If we want to do right by workers, we must give them the tools they need to succeed. We can start by demanding that the Senate pass the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act. Introduced by Senator Bernie Sanders, this bill is designed to strengthen collective bargaining rights and hold corporations accountable for violating workers' rights.

Strong unions mean a strong middle class and a stronger economy overall. They mean fair wages, improved benefits, and better working conditions for everyone. That’s why the fight for workers to unionize matters so much, and why we need to protect and support these unionization efforts.
