It was never Jo’s plan to run for office. She’s not a career politician. Her passion was in helping our Orange County community – from her pro bono law work to founding an organization to get more women involved in politics.
But when she saw her beloved community in need, she felt her only option was to step up and run to keep CA-47 blue. I’ve never met someone so dedicated to her community in service. It inspires me, and I hope it inspires you.
Watching her give her all to this campaign has solidified what I have always known – Jo is humble, principled, brave, hard-working, and selfless. I watch her work day and night, on weekdays and weekends, in a herculean effort to keep CA-47 blue.
I’m so proud of how far this campaign has come. Through it all, Joanna has held her head high and been the best candidate, wife, and mom.
