We set an ambitious fundraising goal for the end of February as we’re gearing up to get Yvette on the ballot! As a grassroots, community-centered campaign, donations from our supporters (like you!) keep us going.
This isn’t an easy fight for us. Yvette is the First Vice Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus and has been a steadfast leader in fighting for progressive causes. She’s not only uplifting the next generation of Black leaders but is also using her position to advocate on behalf of both Brooklyn and Black Americans across the country on topics from health care to unions to education and everything in between.
Black History Month is coming to an end, and we need to ensure Yvette can continue to use her voice to fight white supremacy and anti-Black legislation in Congress.
Yvette Clarke is the ONLY Black woman representing New York in Washington. She has a known track record of bringing together moderates and progressives to pass progressive legislation to help communities of color, low-income families, immigrants, and more. If you'd like only the most important updates, you can opt for fewer emails here, but if you don't want to keep Yvette proudly representing Brooklyn, you can unsubscribe.
