Friends —
Last night, Donald Trump won the Michigan primary in a landslide – taking 68.2% of the vote and securing 9 additional delegates.
With Trump’s victories in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, South Carolina, and now here, he is well on his way to winning the 1215 delegates needed to secure his nomination. There is no way around it now: This November we will see a rematch between President Joe Biden and Donald Trump — with the result likely hinging on what happens right here in Michigan.
That's why we're writing to ask you to contribute $3 to Elissa Slotkin's Senate campaign in Michigan today. Especially today.
$3 because control of the White House and the United States Senate will all come down to who wins in Michigan. We need to win the Presidency and hold each and every seat – minus West Virginia – to keep the Senate blue.
$3 because if Elissa can win this Senate race, we know that means it will be nearly impossible for Donald Trump to also carry the state.
$3 because Republicans know this too, and it's why they will pour tremendous amounts of money into the state to defeat us. In fact, we’ve already seen dark money conservative groups up on TV with ads.
We know that $3 may not seem like it can win a Senate race and a presidential campaign, but by the time you read this, lots and lots of people have contributed their $3 to keep Michigan BLUE in November.
Now they're hoping you'll do the same. Because there's only one way we'll win this race, hold the Senate, and keep Donald Trump out of the White House . . . together.
If you've stored your info with ActBlue, we'll process your contribution instantly:
Thank you,
Team Slotkin
