Dear John,
1 in 54. That's the number of children in the U.S. on the autism
spectrum, according to a new report released this week by the CDC. That's millions of people around the world touched by
autism - and millions of people who need our commitment today
more than ever.
That's why I'm so grateful that the Henry A. Quinn
Foundation is offering to DOUBLE your gift to support the 1 in 54
kids on the spectrum and their families.
If you're in a position to help during these challenging times,
your dollar will now go twice as far. That means any gift you can give, big or small, will have twice the impact, up to $100,000 - at a time when our community needs this support more than ever before: [link removed]
Your gift will help fund research, advocacy, services and supports for
the ever-growing autism community. You'll be making double
impact toward our Autism Response Team, who remain available every day
to help individuals and families seeking resources and information;
Autism Cares Grants that can help families weather this storm;
collaboration with national and international partners to provide
best-in-class resources; and a supportive community committed to
kindness and compassion.
With World Autism Month just around the corner, all of us at Autism
Speaks are so thankful for your support. Together, we are creating a
kinder, more inclusive world for people with autism.
Thank you for considering giving today to support this important work.
Gratefully,
Angela Geiger
