Can you believe this, John?

After failing to repeal the Affordable Care Act in Congress, Donald Trump
is still trying to dismantle it through the courts. Even while millions of
people across the country lose their employer-provided health care
coverage.

If this lawsuit succeeds, millions of people will go uninsured and
insurers will again be able to deny coverage or raise premiums for anyone
with a pre-existing condition.

Trump deciding to continue with this lawsuit in the middle of a pandemic
is as disgusting as it is reckless.

We should be doing everything we can to make sure everyone has health care
right now. Not actively working to strip it away from millions of
Americans.
