Violence against abortion clinics has increased significantly as anti-abortion extremism is on the rise.
While the headlines might be in Alabama now, Dan Cox and other MAGA extremists are bent on enacting a national abortion ban if they get to Congress. We can’t let that happen.
That’s why as a state legislator, I’m proud to be sponsoring the Reproductive Healthcare Clinics Act. This bill will provide half a million dollars in grant funding to abortion clinics in our state to enhance their safety and security measures. No administrator, provider, nor patient should feel threatened or unsafe.
In Congress, I will do everything in my power to defend and expand abortion rights. But, to do that, we need to raise $15,000 before our critical end-of-month deadline on Thursday at midnight. Can you pitch in $5 or whatever you can before it’s too late?
