If you’ve ever volunteered for a campaign before, you’ll know that social distancing is not part of campaign life.
Campaign offices are usually filled with volunteers making calls or stuffing envelopes, and those that aren’t in the office are in the field, knocking on voters’ doors.
There are rallies and fundraisers. Meet ‘n greets and public appearances. Campaigns are all about social interactions, meeting with and talking to voters and supporters.
So, like millions of Americans, in this time of social distancing, we are making adjustments. We’re relying on new ways to contact voters and raising the money we need to run a successful campaign.
We’ve postponed all of our fundraising events, and are relying heavily on digital fundraising instead. We need your help now more than ever.
Can you chip in here to help us meet our critical March 31 fundraising goal?
It is uplifting to see everyone’s resilience during these tumultuous times. We appreciate you staying with our team and your continued support. Together, we will get through this and be prepared for November. Thank you for your support.
