I never planned on running for Congress, John.

You see, I’m a product of the foster care system, a renter, and a working class mother of five. I’ve been failed by every system that was supposed to keep me safe. And I know I’m not the only one.

So when I was called to run for Congress, I started by building a movement. A movement for the people who have been left behind by those in power time and time again.

Our movement is by those people, for those people. No trust funds, special interest groups, or corporate PACs (something my opponents can’t say). But that means raising money is that much harder… so I need your help.
