, I wanted to take a couple of seconds to share more about my life, and why I’m running for Congress. 

I grew up in Georgia’s 3rd District, in Carrollton. I graduated from Bowdon High School, got a bachelor’s degree from West Georgia, and enlisted in the U.S. Army. 

I also met Misty, and this year we’re celebrating 37 years of marriage.

I went back to West Georgia, got my Master’s Degree, and was commissioned as a Second Lt. in the Infantry.

Eventually, I became an Army Ranger and Master Paratrooper. 

I spent 20+ years in the Army and deployed to more than 32 countries… including Israel, and combat zones in Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. 

After retiring from the Army, my family and I moved back to Carrollton. We got involved in our community, and I joined RA-LIN & Associates as a local contractor. 

When a seat in the Georgia Senate opened in 2013, I felt the call to serve again. I ran and won, and for a decade, we delivered one conservative victory after another.

I wrote the 2021 Election Integrity Act, which made it easier to vote and harder for bad actors to cheat.

I wrote the bill to get divisive concepts out of the classroom.

I helped get Constitutional Carry over the finish line.

And I championed the policies that have made Georgia the #1 state in the country to live, work, and raise a family.

I’ve spent my career taking action and delivering results. Now, I’m running for Congress because we need decisive leaders to undo the damage being done to our country.

No one in this race has the experience I have when it comes to getting things done. 

That’s my message, and I’m asking for your help to share it far and wide before the Republican primary in May. Will you donate $50, $24, or even just $5 here?

This is a competitive race with multiple candidates running. 

We have the winning message, and I have the experience to deliver for Georgia’s 3rd District, but the reality is that reaching voters, running ads, and holding events all take money. A lot of it.

So, we need to raise as much as we can, as soon as we can, to implement our campaign’s plan. If you’re ready for an Army Ranger, a proven conservative, and a decisive leader in Congress, I hope you’ll stand with us now.
