Become a Safety Health and Wellness Research Advisor at NIJ

NIJ is seeking a Safety Health and Wellness Research Advisor (GS-14) to:

• Serve as an expert on general medical and healthcare topics applied to the safety, health, and wellness of practitioners and those involved in the criminal justice system. 
• Consult with federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement on technology-focused research, development, and evaluation projects related to criminal justice policy and practice in the U.S. 
• Build and maintain relationships with criminal justice practitioners, the academic community, relevant industry organizations and other stakeholders in research, development, and evaluation on criminal justice issues. 
• Conduct intramural research on general medical and healthcare topics related to criminal justice and public safety.
