John–

Last week, a jury found the NRA liable for mismanagement, and its
executives—including former CEO Wayne LaPierre—liable for improperly
diverting funds from the non-profit to benefit themselves.

It's no surprise: They were spending big on private jets, helicopter rides
to bypass traffic, yacht trips with vendors, expensive gifts, luxury
suits, and black car services.

While they've been living a life of luxury and using their influence to
block strong gun laws, we've been getting to work. Over the past decade,
we came together to build a massive volunteer-led movement to end gun
violence, now counting more than 10 million grassroots supporters.

As the gun lobby falters, we've never been better positioned to take on
the gun industry and hold them accountable for their role in our country's
gun violence crisis.

In this critical moment, we're counting on you to help us take them on—are
you with us?
